We typically have initial meetings over the phone, or through e-mail to discuss your event planning needs. During our initial conversation we will discuss your wedding vision, budget, likes and dislikes. Once hired, we manage wedding budget creation, allocation and management, wedding design concept creation and management, wedding vendor research & sourcing, contract procurement and management, communication liaison for vendors, production schedule generation and management, ceremony rehearsal coordination, day of event management, vendor check in, communication & management, obstacle prevention and problem solving, guest direction and care, supervision of ceremony & reception, management of break down at conclusion of event, general professional advice as needed.
