MAINE SEASONS EVENTS & RENTALS  offers a 20 year collection of unique, custom made, repurposed, re-imagined, vintage & salvaged furniture, lighting, table top decor, linens, accessories and props for weddings and special events.  

To inquire about rental items & place an order, please e-mail us at with your event date, event location and a basic list of what you would like to order.  Don't see something you need on our site?  Please ask!  We are constantly building new items and love custom orders.  We encourage your requests.

We are often in the workshop, on scouting trips or at events, e-mail allows for our most efficient response and allows you to respond at your convenience. 

We will then be in touch to schedule a time to talk on the phone about your event needs, answer your questions, assist with your design choices, make suggestions on how to create a special look for your event and determine your order.  Once we have your order together we will send you a customized reservation contract and a payment will be due with signed contract.  Upon receipt of your signed contract and payment, your order will be officially reserved.  We have a $1,500 order minimum on deliveries over 100 miles from Topsham, Maine.  

Delivery charges are calculated on an individual basis depending on order size, date and location.  Your delivery charge will be noted on your order.
