A Maine native, Meagan Gilpatrick has been designing and planning weddings and events in Maine and New England for over two decades. She brings strong communication skills, big picture vision, attention to detail and aesthetic awareness, to expertly craft her clients' events. Her professional, caring, fun and calm disposition gives her clients the feeling of being supported like family. Meagan has a strong logistics management skill set as well as a fine tuned visual design eye. Meagan's work has been published in many regional, national and international publications.
Passionate about animal welfare, equality for all people, the arts and environmental consciousness, Maine Seasons Events supports causes that are dedicated to these issues.
Meagan lives in a 112 year old Craftsman cottage in mid coast Maine with her smart and patient husband, creative and willful teenage child, and a plump and pampered cat. She is happily surrounded by gardens, home renovation and design projects. When she isn’t working, she can be found gardening, restoring vintage campers, baking, cooking, camping, reading, teaching, traveling and having adventures.

Excellence in Execution:
We specialize in creating design considered, perfectly timed events that involve creating the celebration space from the ground up. Designing the blueprint of infrastructure to host a sometimes several hundred guest party in a field, lawn, warehouse, ocean or lake side is our area of expertise. We are experienced and best at creating celebration spaces where we plan for big logistics elements as well as fine design details. We are well versed in planning electrical, logistics blueprints for flooring, lighting, onsite built structures, building kitchens, managing set up and take down schedules, transportation logistics as well as designing decor, flowers, colors, linens and lighting.
