Access to our powerful digital planning process & tools with customized online project portal, giving you certainty, efficiency and organization with chronological checklists, vendor contracts and automatic reminders, budget management, guest list planning & organization, layout and seating map tools, creation of comprehensive timeline/production schedule, wedding website builder and management, detailed planning progress management, to efficiently plan all aspects of your event with ease.
Comprehensive professional one on one support from our team planners on a regular basis.
Detailed custom event design plans (this part is really fun!), sourcing and management
Full vendor team and logistics planning and management, aligning entire vendor team with timeline 30 days before event, confirming all vendor details and aligning with contract terms
Complete onsite event management from set up, ceremony rehearsal & event day/s through clean up.

Investment is based on location, date, guest list size, scope and complexity of events. Our clients typically invest between $15,500 and $60,000 depending on their unique event requirements, please contact us to discuss your event vision and receive a customized quote!

What to expect when onboarding with Maine Seasons Events:
1. Contact us: Use our CONTACT US button below to discuss your celebration and our services. If we are a mutual good fit, we move to the next step, services quote.
2. Quote: Once we determine that our services are a good fit, you will receive a customized quote via email.
3. Book: Upon your digital acceptance of one of the quote options, you will receive a booking contract and retainer invoice via email, both of which can be executed electronically. After contract and retainer are received, you are officially booked and your date is held in our calendar!
4. Get Started! Next we email you a Get Started Questionnaire to help guide your planning workflow and our communication style with you. Finally we schedule our Get Started Call or video meeting that kicks off our 4 phase guided planning process together. Exciting!
